We're Hiring: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Senior Analyst

Location: To be confirmed
Experience: 5–8 Years
Qualification: B.Com / Graduate in Finance, Economics or Accounting
Salary: As per company budget
Joining: As per notice period

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.

• Perform revenue, cost, gross margin and working capital analysis.

• Prepare monthly management reports and variance analysis.

• Develop financial models using Advanced Excel.

• Coordinate with business stakeholders and support performance reviews.

• Identify process improvements and mentor junior analysts.

Required Skills:

• Strong FP&A / Commercial Finance experience.

• Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.

• Advanced Excel and financial modelling.

• Financial reporting and stakeholder management.

Good to Have: SAP ECC, Power BI, Tableau, TM1, Anaplan, OneStream or SAP Analytics Cloud.

Preferred Industry: Manufacturing, Retail, Wholesale or CPG.
