Graphic Designer / Motion Graphics Specialist – Bangalore (BPO 3, Up to 9 LPA)
Location: Bangalore | Band: BPO 3 | Job Code: 399567 | Work Setup: Onsite

We are seeking a creative Graphic Designer / Motion Graphics Specialist to design and deliver high-quality branding artifacts, including icons, infographics, templates, and video-based branding. You will ensure a consistent and engaging brand identity across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Design branding elements, visual assets, and motion graphics aligned with brand guidelines
Develop video content using Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator
Collaborate with marketing and product teams for digital and print campaigns
Optimize graphics and videos for web, social media, and presentations
Create templates, graphics, and animations for internal and client use
Stay updated on design trends and emerging creative tools
Write and edit content for newsletters, websites, and promotional materials

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field (mandatory)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office (PowerPoint)
Certifications in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, or marketing/design tools are a plus
Strong visual storytelling, attention to detail, and creativity
Excellent communication, multitasking, and collaboration skills

Other Requirements

Onsite in Bangalore; occasional extended hours or 16x7 shifts may apply
