Education:
Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3) .
Job Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical SME to support our US Corporate
Annual Filing Project. The role involves reviewing client-provided information, accessing
various US state/jurisdiction government websites, and accurately updating or filing
annual corporate information on behalf of clients.
This position requires strong attention to detail, data accuracy, analytical thinking, and
the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines. Candidates
should be comfortable working in US shifts and handling repetitive data-processing
activities with high quality.
Skills:
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Fast and accurate typing/data entry skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to understand and interpret basic legal and corporate terminology.
Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
environment.
Willingness to work in US shifts and flexible working hours based on business
requirements.
Experience in data processing, compliance, legal operations, or corporate filing
processes.
Familiarity with US corporate records, entity management, or regulatory
compliance activities.
Experience working with web-based applications and government portals.

Responsibilities:
Access and navigate US state/jurisdiction government websites to file or update
annual corporate information.
Review client-provided data and accurately update relevant information on
government portals.
Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness
of filings.
Analyze discrepancies between client records and state records and take
appropriate action.
Maintain filing trackers and operational reports using Microsoft Excel.
Meet productivity, quality, and turnaround-time targets.
Identify process improvement opportunities and support operational excellence
initiatives.
Provide guidance and support to team members on filing processes and
compliance requirements.
Ensure adherence to client guidelines, SOPs, and project requirements.
PAN and DOB are required for profile creation
