Italian Customer Service Associate – Banking

Mumbai (Powai) & Delhi | Work From Office | Up to ₹12 LPA | 2–8 Years Experience

We’re looking for an Italian-speaking Customer Service Associate to support day‑to‑day banking operations for an international client. Whether you’re a fresh Commerce graduate with a gift for languages or an experienced professional with a background in customer service, this role offers you a chance to build domain expertise, work in a modern office in Powai, and enjoy a competitive salary that reflects your bilingual edge. What You’ll Do

Customer Interaction: Handle inbound queries and service requests from Italian‑speaking customers via voice and/or email, delivering prompt, accurate, and empathetic support.


Translation & Interpretation: Read, understand, and translate Italian documents, emails, and process notes into English, and vice versa, ensuring clarity and consistency.


Banking Operations: Support core banking processes (account maintenance, transaction queries, card services, and general customer service). Prior banking experience is a plus but not mandatory—we’ll train you.


Process Excellence: Follow standard operating procedures, update case logs accurately, and meet quality and turnaround benchmarks.


Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to resolve issues and improve the customer journey.


Compliance & Confidentiality: Handle sensitive financial and personal data with strict adherence to data privacy and regulatory guidelines.


What You’ll Bring

Language & Education


Italian proficiency at B2 level or higher (mandatory). You must be comfortable reading, understanding, and translating Italian in a business context. Your CV must clearly mention “Italian”.


English: Average working proficiency—enough to communicate with colleagues and document cases.


Education: Full‑time graduation in any discipline (Commerce preferred).


Freshers with a Commerce degree and B2 Italian + B2 English are welcome to apply.


Candidates without a Commerce degree must have prior work experience.


Experience & Skills


2–8 years of experience; prior exposure to banking, financial services, or BPO/KPO voice processes is an advantage but not a must.


Basic computer literacy and the ability to navigate MS Office and internal systems.


Strong attention to detail and a customer‑first mindset.


Willingness to work from our Powai office in Mumbai (this is non‑negotiable).


Eligibility Notes

Graduation is compulsory.

Candidates based in Mumbai, Delhi or ready to relocate before joining.


PAN and date of birth will be required at the offer stage for profile registration.
