Hiring for one of the leading general insurance companies

Location: Mumbai – Vashi

Reporting To: Vice President, Customer Experience

Business Group: Service, Operations & Tech

Vertical: Quality Assurance

Key Responsibilities:

Lead cross-functional process improvement projects using process excellence methodology to streamline and standardize customer-impacting processes.

Evaluate and initiate six sigma improvement projects, serving as a project lead or coach, with a focus on tangible business impact and timelines.

Conduct process workshops, assess process capabilities, document process maps, and prioritize improvement projects.

Prepare project updates, business reports, and presentations as required.

Review process notes/manuals to assess process construct, identify risks and mitigants, and enhance customer experience through process improvements/technology leverage.

Plan and schedule business process reviews, ensuring continuous active processes.

Manage internal and external ISO 9001 QMS audits, schedule refresher trainings for internal auditors.

Monitor the Business Process Management tool for process modeling and manage rollout of new/revised business processes.

Apply for Business Excellence awards nationally and internationally.

Coordinate with technology team for timely delivery of requirements and facilitate user acceptance testing.

Maintain a repository of BRS documents with version control mechanism and BCP adherence.

Demonstrate strong analytical skills, logical ability, creative problem-solving, and excellent communication & supervisory skills.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office tools and proficiency in using macros in Excel.

Qualifications and Experience:

Six Sigma Black Belt certified with a minimum of 2 years post-certification experience. Preferably PMP certified.

Software competency: MS Project, Visio.

Overall 10 to 12 years of experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role in the customer service domain with exposure at the national level.
