Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Reservations to lead system migrations, hotel onboarding, OTA integrations, and cross-functional project execution. The ideal candidate should possess strong project management, stakeholder coordination, and analytical skills, ensuring smooth project delivery while supporting business growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end system migration projects with minimal business disruption.
Coordinate hotel onboarding activities across Technology, Distribution, Sales, and Hotel Operations teams.
Oversee OTA onboarding and integration, ensuring accurate configuration and timely go-live.
Track revenue performance and key business metrics, identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Prepare reports, dashboards, trackers, and leadership presentations for business reviews.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
Monitor project milestones, identify potential delays, and provide regular stakeholder updates.
Maintain project documentation, action logs, status reports, and project trackers.
Drive follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely closure of action items.
Support continuous process improvement by identifying operational gaps and recommending effective solutions.
Required Skills
8–10 years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, or Operations.
Strong project planning, execution, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent cross-functional coordination and communication abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills with experience tracking business and revenue metrics.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, dashboards, reports, and project trackers.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Experience with hotel systems, OTA platforms, hospitality operations, or distribution channels is preferred.
