Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Sourcing Manager / Assistant Manager to lead sourcing strategy and commercial management for real estate and workplace-related categories. The role involves managing procurement for leased spaces, facilities services, fit-outs, maintenance, utilities, and associated service providers while ensuring cost optimization, governance, and operational continuity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for real estate and workplace-related spend.

• Lead strategic sourcing for leased properties, facilities management, fit-outs, maintenance services, utilities, and related categories.

• Manage supplier identification, RFx processes, commercial evaluations, negotiations, vendor selection, and contract execution.

• Collaborate with Facilities, Operations, Finance, Legal, Workplace Services, and Project teams to understand business requirements.

• Support site selection, lease negotiations, and supplier governance activities.

• Monitor market trends, supplier capabilities, regulatory requirements, and commercial benchmarks.

• Drive supplier performance reviews, SLA governance, and issue resolution.

• Deliver cost savings, demand optimization, contract value realization, and risk mitigation.

• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contract governance, and audit requirements.

• Mentor team members and drive process standardization and reporting improvements.

Eligibility Criteria

• 8–15 years of relevant experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, or Commercial roles.

• Strong exposure to Real Estate, Facilities, Workplace Services, Capital Projects, or Property-related procurement.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.

• Procurement, Facilities, or Project Management certifications are preferred.
