Job Title: Team Lead – Supply Chain Management
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 6–8 Years
Band: BPO 3/4
Job Summary
We are hiring a Team Lead – Supply Chain Management to manage end-to-end order management operations, ensure KPI delivery, and lead a team while maintaining strong client relationships. The role requires hands-on experience in sales order management, performance monitoring, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor team performance and conduct regular internal reviews
Ensure delivery, quality, and exception handling are effectively managed
Take ownership of KPIs and ensure daily operational targets are met
Meet business, operational, and contractual objectives
Manage client relationships and stakeholder communication
Lead, mentor, and motivate the team
Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution
Must-Have Skills
Strong experience in Sales Order Management
Customer-focused approach
Team handling experience
Good to Have
Strong understanding of Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes

Have you led a Sales Order Management team?
