About the Role
We are hiring an experienced Team Leader to lead and drive performance in an International Sales, Retention, or Collections process. The role involves managing a team, handling customer escalations, coaching advisors, and ensuring operational and performance targets are consistently achieved.
Qualifications
Minimum SSC (10th Pass) or higher
3+ years of Team Leader experience in International Sales, Retention, or Collections
Strong communication, leadership, and people management skills
Experience handling escalation calls and resolving complex customer issues
Proven track record of achieving performance targets and earning incentives
