Location: Malaysia (Local candidates only)

Qualifications:
Basic Graduate in any discipline.
1-2 years of experience in a BPO environment, preferably in the Retail/CPG Industry.
Hands-on experience in Master Data processes, including Agreements/Contracts and Claims.
Familiarity with ERP systems, specifically SAP, and proficiency in working with web-based tools.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
Responsibilities:
Execute Master Data processes, emphasizing Agreements/Contracts and Claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
Leverage 1-2 years of BPO experience to contribute effectively to the Retail/CPG Industry domain.
Utilize hands-on experience in ERP systems, particularly SAP, and demonstrate proficiency in web-based tools.
Demonstrate advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and process optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless Master Data operations.
Uphold data integrity standards and compliance with established procedures.
Contribute to process improvements and efficiencies within the Master Data domain.
Salary Range:
MYR 2,600 - MYR 4,900
Requirements:
A basic graduate degree in any discipline.
Proven experience in a BPO environment, with a preference for Retail/CPG Industry exposure.
Strong command of the Mandarin language for effective communication.
Hands-on experience with Master Data processes, specifically Agreements/Contracts and Claims.
Proficiency in ERP systems, with a focus on SAP, and adeptness with web-based tools.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
