Title: Innovation Manager (Native Filipino)



Location: KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur/Kelana Jaya, Selangor



Type: Full-time



Shift: Rotational Shifts (24/7)



Specialization: E-Commerce, Risk Operation, Customer Complaint Operation



Target Onboarding Date: Maximum 1 month notice



Salary Range: Negotiable



Job Description:



We are seeking a dynamic and innovative individual to join our team as an Innovation Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in E-Commerce, Risk Operation, and Customer Complaint Operation, with a keen understanding of market trends and a passion for driving continuous improvement.



Key Responsibilities:




  1. Lead the development and implementation of innovative strategies to enhance E-Commerce operations, focusing on risk management and customer satisfaction.

  2. Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that address operational challenges and improve overall efficiency.

  4. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance the customer experience.

  5. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies related to E-Commerce, risk management, and customer service operations.

  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for innovation initiatives.

  7. Lead pilot programs and proof-of-concept projects to test new ideas and technologies.

  8. Monitor the performance of innovation projects, track key metrics, and provide regular updates to senior management.



Qualifications:




  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in E-Commerce, risk management, or customer service operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.

  3. Proven track record of driving innovation and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

  4. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.

  6. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment, with a flexible and adaptable mindset.

  7. Experience working in a multicultural environment is preferred.

  8. Proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of Filipino language is a plus.
