Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand growth and achieve
company goals.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels (online and offline).
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies for improved results.
• Lead and manage the marketing team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Foster a collaborative and creative work environment to inspire team members.
• Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective spending and ROI.
• Allocate resources wisely across different marketing initiatives.
• Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, websites, social media content, and
advertisements.
• Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences.
• Manage online marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
• Utilize analytics tools to track website traffic, user engagement, and conversion rates.
• Identify and develop partnerships with other businesses, influencers, or organizations to enhance brand
visibility.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with third-party vendors and agencies.
• Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and make data-driven
decisions.
• Prepare regular reports on marketing performance, insights, and recommendations for senior
management.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in marketing management, with a track record of successful campaigns and team
leadership.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
