Job Title: Native Japanese and Korean Customer Support Representative
Location: LV, Georgetown Penang
Job Type: Full-time
Education:
High school diploma required
2 years of university education preferred; 3 or 4 years of bachelor's degree is acceptable
Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
Language Requirements:
Native proficiency in Japanese and Korean
English Assessment: B2 level or above
Typing Skills:
Minimum typing speed of 70 words per minute in Korean, Japanese, and English
Shift: Rotational
Date of Joining (DOJ): 25th March 2024
Basic Salary: RM7500 - RM8500
Headcount Required: 30 Customer Support Representatives
Specific Experience:
Preferred customer support experience
Strong communication skills in Japanese, Korean, and English
Ability to handle customer queries and issues effectively
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer support in Japanese, Korean, and English through various channels (phone, email, chat).
Resolve customer issues, complaints, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Follow company guidelines and procedures while interacting with customers.
Qualifications:
High school diploma (2 years of university education preferred; 3 or 4 years of bachelor's degree acceptable).
Native proficiency in Japanese and Korean.
English Assessment: B2 level or above.
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in customer support.
Excellent typing skills with a minimum speed of 70 words per minute in Korean, Japanese, and English.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Familiarity with customer support processes and procedures.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Able to start on 25th March 2024.
