* **Industry Preference:** Prior experience in Ecommerce support is highly preferred!
* **Core Skills:** Exceptional verbal communication and a passion for resolving live customer queries.
* **Flexibility: Open to working full-time in the office on rotational schedules (Morning/Afternoon shifts).

### EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE ENTRY FLOORS
Your experience requirement depends entirely on your education level (Fresh grads welcome!):
* **University Graduates (or graduating in 2026):** 0 years of experience required! (Entry-level welcome).
* **Vocational College Graduates:* Minimum 4–5 years of work experience required.
* **High School Graduates:* Minimum 7–8 years of work experience required.

### ROLES & KEY DELIVERABLES
* Handle live phone calls and provide high-quality resolutions to customer queries.
* Maintain excellent KPI targets, quality standards, and customer satisfaction metrics.
* Complete 9 hours of staffed time on all rostered days (Shifts fall between 8:00 AM and Midnight MYT).

### DISCIPLINED & TRANSPARENT HIRING PROCESS
