About the Role:

We are hiring Native Taiwanese speakers for a Customer Support role based in Penang, Malaysia. Attractive salary package up to RM 8,900 inclusive of language allowance.

Job Details:

Job Title: Taiwanese Customer Support Specialist

Language: Native Taiwanese

Location: Penang, Malaysia

Shift Schedule:

Monday to Friday: Between 9:00 AM - 10:00 PM

Saturday to Sunday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Shift is divided into 2 shifts, with 5 days work and 2 days off on a rotational basis

Qualifications:

Must be a Native Taiwanese speaker

Must have a Bachelor's Degree (required for Employment Pass processing)

Willing to work onsite in Penang, Malaysia

Willing to work on rotational shifts

Salary and Benefits:

RM 8,500 - RM 8,900 monthly (inclusive of language allowance)
