Career Opportunity: Bordereaux Management Associate/Sr. Associate

Designation: Associate/Sr. Associate

Experience: 6–12 months or 12-36 months

We are seeking dynamic professionals to join our team as Bordereaux Management Associates. As an integral part of our organization, you will contribute to the efficient handling of Bordereaux, focusing on claims, premium, written, and risk management.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Bordereaux Management: Demonstrate a basic understanding of bordereaux management, with a specific focus on claims, premium, written, and risk.

Performance Metrics: Manage daily volumes with a strong commitment to achieving service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) on a monthly basis.

Education Requirement: Possess a graduate degree in any discipline.

Experience Levels:
- Associate: 0–1 years of insurance experience, including 1 year of relevant claim processing.
- Sr. Associate: 2-3 years of insurance experience, with at least 1 year of relevant claim processing.

Communication Skills: Exhibit proficiency in both verbal and written English and Mandarin communication.

Customer Service Orientation: Embrace a customer service and problem-solving mindset to ensure client satisfaction.

Attention to Detail: Display meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of Bordereaux management.

Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.

Adaptability: thrive in a dynamic work environment, demonstrating the ability to handle pressure and adapt to change.
