Hiring: Associate Customer Support (Japanese Language)
Location: Cyberjaya, Malaysia
Work Mode: Full-Time, Work From Office
Salary: RM 8,000–10,000 Basic (Based on Customer Service Experience) + RM 500 Transportation Allowance + Shift Allowance
Shift: Rotational Shifts (Morning & Afternoon)
Shift Timings: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, 1:00 PM–10:00 PM, 3:00 PM–12:00 AM (Malaysia Time)
Language Requirement:
Native Japanese Speaker or JLPT N1 Certified
JLPT N2 is not acceptable
Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries through phone calls and provide prompt resolutions.
Escalate priority issues to the appropriate team as required.
Deliver excellent customer service while meeting quality and productivity targets.
Stay updated with process changes and product updates.
Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality.
Perform additional responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.
Required Qualifications:
Excellent verbal communication skills in Japanese.
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
Prior experience in the E-commerce industry is preferred.
Willing to work rotational shifts.
College or vocational school graduate, or equivalent work experience.
Education & Experience Requirements:
University Graduate / Graduating in 2026 – Freshers are welcome.
Vocational College Graduate – Minimum 4–5 years of work experience.
High School Graduate – Minimum 7–8 years of work experience.
