Designation: Associate/ Sr. Associate
Experience: 6-12 months / 12-36
Requirement: 5 nos
Education must be a Graduate from any discipline.
Location : Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Basic understanding of Bordereaux management (Claims, Premium, Written, Risk)
• Managing daily volumes and focused to achieve process SLAs and KPI on monthly basis
• Graduate (any stream)
Associate : 0-1 years of Insurance out of which 1 year of relevant Claims processing experience
Sr. Associate: 2-3 years of Insurance experience out of which 1 year of relevant Claims processing experience
• Good verbal & written English & Mandarin communication Skills
• Customer service & problem-solving mindset
• Attention to detail
• Teamwork
• Ability to handle pressure and adaptable to change
