Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Cloud Security Sales professional to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for both non-native and native Japanese speakers with sales experience and a minimal understanding of Cloud services like AWS, Google Cloud, or similar platforms.
As a Cloud Security Sales (Team Lead), you will play a crucial role in driving sales and promoting our Cloud security solutions. While sales experience is necessary, having a basic understanding of Cloud services is also important to effectively communicate with potential clients and understand their requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Near-native proficiency in Japanese (N1 level)
- Fluent in Japanese with the ability to speak and sound like a native Japanese speaker (MUST)
- EFSET language assessment score of B1 or B2
- Sales experience in a related industry
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Immediate availability to join the team
Compensation:
- Native Japanese Speaker:
- Base Salary: 100,000 - 120,000THB
- Living Allowance: 6,000THB
- Sales Incentives
Non-Native Japanese Speaker:
- Base Salary: 100,000 - 120,000THB
- Living Allowance: 6,000THB
- Sales Incentives
Buyout Option: Yes
Working Hours and Benefits:
- Working hours: 9am-6pm (Monday-Friday)
- Hybrid work arrangement with 2 days of work from home
- Weekends off
- Additional sales incentives based on performance
Location: The office is conveniently located at MRT Phetchaburi, Bangkok, Thailand.
