Project description: Video distribution service: Customer support Japanese
Title - Customer Service Advisor
Location - Level 8, Menara Sunway VISIO, Lingkaran SV, Sunway Velocity, 55100 Kuala Lumpur.
You can work in a global environment using English.
Working hour: 8 hours between 8:00 and 20:00 / 1 hour break Example: 8:00 to 17:00 (early shift) or 11:00 to 20:00 (late shift) 2 days off per week (It is not fixed on Saturday and Sunday. It depends on the shift schedule.)
7 years of work experience
English speaker
Positive attitude and can-do attitude.
Good listener, positive language skills, and good communication skills.
・Experience with Windows OS, Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Docs, etc.
・Must be Native Japanese speaker under 60 years old.
