Vacancy: Customer Service - Mandarin Speaker*
Location - Ara Damansara, Malaysia.
Salary: RM 3000 + Night Shift Allowance + KPI
Start Date: Immediately
Education: Minimum SPM
Rotational shift
Head Counts: 20
Language- Mandarin + English
*RESPONSIBILITIES:*
• To handle all inbound calls
• To exceed customers' expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information.
• To be able to provide information.
*REQUIREMENTS:*
• Required language(s): Mandarin, and English.
• A minimum of 1 year of working experience in the service industry will be an added advantage for this position.
• Fresh graduates who are interested to start their career in a call center are also encouraged to apply – Full Training Provided
• Candidates must be willing to work in shift (weekdays nights, full days on weekends
and public holidays)
• Applicant must be willing to work in Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya
*SALARY & BENEFITS:*

• 9 working hours/day (inclusive 1 hour break)
