Required Technical Skill Set :- Oracle C2M
Desired Experience Range :- 5+ years
Salary Range :- 75k to 125k
Hybrid/BGC
Dayshift
Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must have :-
- 5+ years of Experience on Oracle C2M or CC&B and MDM functional like
customer service, billing, OUI framework, integration with MDM, Meter data
management, OU framework, integration with CC&B - Sound knowledge in modules like billing, payments, meter read and meter
management, credit and collections, case management, move-in move out,
new connections etc. - Experience in Config tool such as BO, MO, UI Map, Business script, Service
Script, BPA script, Zones and Portals - Knowledge of C2M/CCB/MDM batches, algorithms and plug in points
- Experience in Solution Design and support
- Good communication Skills
Good to have :-
- Functional Knowledge on utility industry
- Experience on managing Commercial and Industrial utility customers
- Stakeholder Management
