We are seeking a PHRN Specialist for a voice-based healthcare support role.
Responsibilities:
Handle client inquiries related to healthcare and insurance.
Ensure accurate documentation of client interactions.
Assist in the claims process.
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of clinical experience.
Active PRC License.
BPO experience a plus.
Work Setup:
Initial onsite training at MOA for 4-6 weeks.
WFH setup after training.
