Company Remark :

(1) CSR - US Healthcare Account;

Work Arrangement: Onsite – McKinley, Taguig

Salary: 17k - 24k

Key Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 6-12 months experience in US healthcare BPO setting

2. Strong verbal and written communication skills

3. At least basic knowledge of claims, rejections or denials

4. Familiarity with ANSI standards is a plus but not required.

Reporting to: Manager- Revenue Cycle Supervisor

Salary up to 33k package

Preferred Work Experience

· Prefer previous experience with providing customer service and work within a call

center environment

· Prefer previous experience with the medical billing process

· Ability to effectively work and communicate with patients, co-workers, and

managementboth in person and remote virtual chat environments

· Ability to always present oneself in a courteous and professional manner

· Ability to stay on task with little or no management supervision

· Demonstrate initiative and creativity in fulfilling job responsibilities

· Capacity to prioritize multiple tasks using time management and organizational

skills.

· Proficient PC knowledge and the ability to type 30-40 wpm.
