NEWBIE-FRIENDLY BPO HIRING

Think you don't qualify for BPO because you've never worked in a call center? Think again!

We're hiring NEWBIES with at least 6 MONTHS of face-to-face customer-facing experience!

You don't need BPO experience — what matters is that you've been directly dealing with customers in person and know how to communicate, assist, sell, recommend, or solve customer concerns.

YOUR EXPERIENCE MAY QUALIFY IF YOU'VE WORKED AS:

Sales Associate / Sales Representative Retail Staff / Store Crew

Receptionist / Front Desk Hotel Staff / Guest Services

Marketing Staff / Promoter Customer Service Staff

Cashier with customer interaction Restaurant / Food Service Staff

Hospitality Staff Clinic / Pharmacy Front Desk

Events / Brand Promoter Account Officer / Client-facing staff

Any role where you regularly talked directly with customers FACE-TO-FACE

STRICT REQUIREMENT:

🟣 High School Graduates to College Graduatee

You MUST have at least 6 months of customer-facing experience or BPO Experience

No customer-facing experience or BPO Experience = Don't apply.
