Mandarin Accounts Payable Specialist (AP/P2P | SAP/Oracle | Shared Services)

We're looking for a detail-oriented Mandarin Accounts Payable Specialist to manage end-to-end AP operations, ensure timely and accurate vendor payments, and support Mandarin-speaking stakeholders. If you have strong accounting knowledge, ERP experience, and business-level Mandarin proficiency, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Process vendor invoices and employee expense claims accurately in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.).
Perform 3-way matching (PO, Goods Receipt, and Invoice) to ensure payment accuracy.
Prepare and execute payment runs (wire transfers, ACH, checks) in accordance with company policies.
Support month-end close activities, including AP accruals, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and local tax regulations.
Serve as the primary contact for Mandarin-speaking vendors, resolving payment inquiries and invoice discrepancies.
Collaborate with Procurement and Receiving teams to resolve billing issues.
Translate AP-related documents and communications between Mandarin and English when required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Business-level Mandarin proficiency (HSK 5–6 preferred; strong HSK 4 considered) with excellent reading, writing, and speaking skills.
Business-level English communication skills.
1–3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), or General Accounting.
Hands-on experience with SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar ERP systems.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
Open to Filipino native and non-native Mandarin speakers.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a Shared Services (SSC), BPO, or Global Business Services (GBS) environment.
Knowledge of China VAT regulations and Mandarin business etiquette.
