Accounts Receivable Executive

• Process customer billing and ensure accurate and timely invoice generation.

• Handle cash application and allocate customer payments accurately.

• Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.

• Post journal vouchers (JVs) in the client system.

• Resolve day-to-day queries and escalate issues within the required timelines.

• Support month-end closing activities and ensure accurate financial records.

• Meet established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Prepare dashboard reports and track process performance.

• Handle client calls professionally and manage escalations.

• Monitor quality metrics and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

• Contribute to accounts receivable process improvement projects.

• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while processing complex invoices, quality checks, exceptions, and payments.

Qualifications and Requirements

• College graduate in any discipline.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant Accounts Receivable experience.

• Direct, hands-on experience using SAP ERP or SAP Business One is mandatory.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to manage complex invoices, payment exceptions, and reconciliations.

• Exposure to Accounts Receivable process improvement projects is preferred.

• Willingness to learn, meet deadlines, and deliver quality results.

• Must be willing to work 100% onsite in IT Park, Cebu City, on an Australian-time-zone day shift.

• Immediate joiners are preferred.
