Vertical: Logistics - Australian Account

Work Setup: 100% onsite in IT Part, Cebu City

Work Shift: Australian timezone (5 am or 6 am shift).

Salary: 20,610 package (Open for negotiation depending on the caliber/ years of relevant experience)

Start Date: November 6, 2026

Headcount: 4

QUALIFICATIONS:

• College Graduate of any course (preferably Accounting and Business Management courses)

• At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in BPO or non-BPO industry

• For those with BPO experience, must be in a voice account; For non-BPO, open to voice or non-voice

• With hands-on experience in using either ERP or SAP applications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel skills

• Excellent verbal communication skills with proficiency close to Standard American English

• Candidates with any of the following experience: Accounts Receivable, Procurement, preferably have worked in a Logistics or Forwarding company

 Roles and Responsibilities:    

• Handles customer communication, order tracking, query resolution, and shop order monitoring 

• Customer service
