Job Description

We are hiring Accounts Receivable Specialists for a logistics account. The ideal candidate will handle customer communication, order tracking, query resolution, and shop order monitoring while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  Track orders and monitor shop orders.

  Support Accounts Receivable, procurement, and logistics-related activities.
  
  
  
  

Qualifications

  College graduate of any course; Accounting or Business Management preferred.
  
  
  
  
• 
  
  
  
  At least 1–2 years of relevant BPO or non-BPO experience.
  
  
  
  
• 
  
  
  
  BPO candidates must have voice account experience; non-BPO candidates may have voice or non-voice experience.
  
  
  
  
• 
  
  
  
  Hands-on experience with ERP or SAP applications.
  
  
  
  
• 
  
  
  
  Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  
  
  
  
• 
  
  
  
  Strong verbal communication skills, with English proficiency close to Standard American English.
  
  
  
  
• 
  
  
  
  Experience in Accounts Receivable, procurement, logistics, or freight forwarding is preferred.

  Willing to work 100% onsite in IT Park, Cebu City, on an Australian time-zone schedule.
