• Handle customer communications, inquiries, and service-related concerns.

• Track customer orders and provide timely updates on order status.

• Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently.

• Monitor shop orders and ensure accurate follow-up.

• Support accounts receivable and related operational activities as required.

• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.

• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting account requirements and performance standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

• College graduate of any course; Accounting or Business Management graduates are preferred.

• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable, procurement, logistics, forwarding, or a similar field.

• Candidates with BPO experience must have experience in a voice account.

• Candidates from non-BPO backgrounds may have voice or non-voice experience.

• Hands-on experience using ERP or SAP applications is required.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Excellent verbal communication skills, with English proficiency close to Standard American English.

• Strong customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Willing to work 100% onsite at IT Park, Cebu City.

• Available to work on an Australian-time-zone schedule, with a 5:00 AM or 6:00 AM shift start.

• Must be available to start on or before November 6, 2026.
