ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST – LOGISTICS (VOICE)

Are you experienced in Accounts Receivable and customer service? Here's an opportunity to join a dynamic team supporting logistics operations!

We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist with strong communication skills, excellent customer service capabilities, and hands-on experience with ERP or SAP applications.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- College graduate of any course (preferably Accounting, Business Management, or related courses).

- At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in either the BPO or non-BPO industry.

- BPO applicants must have experience in a voice account. Non-BPO applicants may have either voice or non-voice experience.

- Hands-on experience using ERP or SAP applications.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

- Excellent verbal communication skills, with proficiency close to Standard American English.

- Candidates with experience in Accounts Receivable or Procurement are preferred.

- Experience working in a Logistics or Freight Forwarding company is an advantage.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Handle customer communications and provide excellent customer service.

- Monitor and track customer orders.

- Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly.

- Monitor and manage shop orders to ensure proper tracking and processing.

- Provide timely updates and assistance to customers regarding order-related concerns.
