Inpatient Coder - QA Specialist (Non-Voice)

Work Setup: Temporary WFH
Work Schedule: Shifting
Location: BGC Taguig, Cebu, Davao & Clark, Pampanga
Start Date: ASAP

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Inpatient Coder - QA Specialist with strong inpatient coding and audit/QA experience. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing inpatient coding accuracy, conducting quality audits, identifying coding errors, and ensuring compliance with coding guidelines and documentation requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Perform quality audits of inpatient medical coding.
Review inpatient coding accuracy and completeness.
Identify coding errors and provide appropriate feedback.
Validate clinical documentation and coding accuracy.
Ensure compliance with applicable coding guidelines and quality standards.
Support continuous improvement of coding quality and processes.

Qualifications

At least 1 year of recent and relevant clinical/hospital experience.
At least 3 years of Inpatient Coding experience.
At least 1 year of Inpatient Audit/QA experience.
Active PRN/Medical Allied license.
CCS/CPC/CIC Certification (Inpatient) required.

Active PHRN license and validity date.
Years of clinical/hospital bedside experience.
Years of Inpatient Audit/QA experience.
Years of Inpatient Coding experience.
