Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst with a strong background in US Healthcare and Information Technology to support business transformation, technology initiatives, and process improvement projects.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in IT or Computer Science Engineering, including a minimum of 2 years of experience in the US Healthcare industry, covering payer, provider, healthcare BPO/CPO, or health technology environments.

The role requires strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, along with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams to identify business needs and improvement opportunities.

• Support IT transformation, digital transformation, and business process improvement initiatives.

• Facilitate stakeholder discussions, requirement-gathering sessions, and project workshops.

• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

• Support Agile and Waterfall project methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.

• Prepare business documentation, presentations, reports, and project updates.

• Identify process gaps, operational challenges, and opportunities for automation.

• Support change management and ensure effective communication during project implementation.

• Present complex business and technical information to clients, executives, and internal stakeholders.

• Contribute to healthcare technology initiatives, including AI/ML and automation opportunities.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate or Master's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Information Technology or Computer Science Engineering.

• At least 2 years of experience in the US Healthcare industry, including payer, provider, healthcare BPO/CPO, or health tech.

• Experience working on IT projects, digital transformation, or business process improvement initiatives.

• Practical knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

• Experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.

• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.

• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, senior executives, and technical teams.

• Willingness to work on a hybrid setup and flexible shifting schedules.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, ITIL, or Lean Six Sigma certifications.

• Familiarity with AI/ML productization and agentic systems in healthcare operations.

• Experience in data analytics, reporting, and business intelligence.

• Exposure to organizational change management.

• Experience in business process automation and optimization.
