Job Summary
We are looking for a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer with strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS) to configure, support, and optimize packaged and SaaS applications. The role involves adapting application features, managing releases, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring system stability, compatibility, and performance.
The candidate will work with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and implement effective technology solutions using standard tools, APIs, web services, and low-code platforms.
Roles & Responsibilities
Work independently and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
Participate actively in team discussions and contribute to technical solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Configure and support packaged and SaaS applications.
Monitor application performance and troubleshoot application-related issues.
Manage application releases while maintaining system stability and compatibility.
Develop and maintain documentation for application configurations and processes.
Work with APIs and web services to support application connectivity and integration.
Stay updated with industry trends and technology best practices.
Provide training and technical support to end-users.
Professional & Technical Skills
Expert proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS).
Strong understanding of application integration methodologies and best practices.
Experience with cloud-based application deployment and management.
Hands-on experience with APIs and web services.
Knowledge of low-code development platforms.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of SaaS and packaged application environments.
Candidate Eligibility
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS).
Candidates must currently be based in the Philippines.
Must have the legal right to live and work in the Philippines.
Must be willing to work onsite in Manila on a shifting schedule.
