Job Title: HR ServiceNow Application Specialist

Location: Eton Centris, Quezon Avenue, Quezon City, Philippines

Work Setup: Hybrid (2 Days Work from Home | 3 Days Work from Office)

Shift: Night Shift

Experience Required: 5+ Years

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR ServiceNow Application Specialist to support Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) processes and ServiceNow platform enhancements. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, automation, integrations, and enterprise application support.

Key Responsibilities

Configure, support, and enhance ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) applications.
Develop and maintain workflows using Flow Designer and Automated Test Framework (ATF).
Build and manage Service Catalogs, APIs, integrations, and deployment activities.
Work with Azure DevOps to manage user stories, features, and releases.
Support CI/CD lifecycle management and test automation for HRSD processes.
Collaborate with multiple product teams and stakeholders to deliver business solutions.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, standards, and best practices.
Ensure system stability, performance, and continuous improvement of ServiceNow applications.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
Experience with Flow Designer, Automated Test Framework (ATF), Catalog Development, API Testing, Integrations, and Deployments.
Experience with Azure Fundamentals and Azure DevOps.
Knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM and CMDB is an advantage.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
Must be willing to work Hybrid in Quezon City on a Night Shift.
Current or former Wipro employees are not eligible.
