ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced and client-focused SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) Lead Consultant to support and continuously enhance a complex global SAP environment. The role will focus on functional support, process optimization, solution stability, and end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.

The successful candidate will provide leadership across SAP SD processes including Sales Order Management, Pricing, Delivery, Billing, Logistics Execution, and Credit Management while coordinating with cross-functional teams and managing client relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as the primary functional lead for the client's SAP SD landscape
• Ensure seamless day-to-day support and system stability
• Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and enhancements
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex SD issues across Sales, Pricing, Billing, Credit Management, and Logistics Execution
• Drive continuous improvement, process optimization, and automation opportunities within OTC
• Coordinate with FI/CO, MM, PS, WMS, and technical teams for integrated solutions
• Support period-end and quarter-end closing activities
• Ensure accurate and timely Order-to-Cash processing
• Prepare functional documentation, impact assessments, and test scripts
• Lead workshops and draft functional specifications
• Provide workload estimation for new requests and projects
• Lead and mentor team members to ensure consistent service delivery
• Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and advisory support

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

• 10+ years of SAP experience with specialization in Sales and Distribution
• More than 10 years of SAP SD experience
• Strong experience in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA
• Experience with ECC, WMS interfaces, e-commerce processes, and retail processes
• Experience supporting new shop/subsidiary openings
• Deep understanding of Sales Order Management, Pricing, Delivery, and Billing
• Strong integration knowledge with SAP FICO, MM, and other SAP modules
• Strong Project Management skills
• Proven experience leading and managing teams
• Ability to independently lead workstreams in a client-facing environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with ITIL service management processes

WORKING REQUIREMENT

• Hybrid work setup in Taguig
• On-site requirement: 1 day per week at McKinley, Taguig
• Must be amenable to working on a mid-shift schedule
