(ACTIVE) Senior Product Engineer

• Serve as the Ivalua SME across the Source-to-Pay solution, advising on platform capabilities, best practices, limitations, and design patterns.

• Lead or support solution design and configuration for Supplier Management, Sourcing, Contracts, Requisitions, Purchase Orders, and Invoicing.

• Configure workflows, forms, data models, business rules, and integrations in line with approved requirements.

• Validate solution designs for scalability, maintainability, auditability, compliance, and alignment with business requirements.

• Support API, EAI, ETL, and microservices integrations, using advanced SQL and database technologies.

• Collaborate with Business Analysts, stakeholders, developers, QA, infrastructure teams, and external vendors to deliver enhancements and resolve complex issues.

• Participate in design reviews, configuration reviews, defect triage, and solution-quality improvement activities.

• Coordinate product release planning, readiness assessments, deployment activities, and go-live support.

• Support release packaging, Go/No-Go reviews, hypercare, and post-release stabilization.

• Mentor team members, support onboarding, and share Ivalua configuration and implementation best practices.

• Maintain technical documentation, configuration standards, deployment procedures, and integration dependencies.

• Identify opportunities to improve development practices, configuration management, and release processes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Accounting, or a related discipline.

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience implementing the Ivalua Source-to-Pay solution.

• 5–10 years of professional experience in supply chain systems, ERP implementations, technology, or related enterprise solutions.

• At least 3 professional experiences in engineering and product development involving product release management.

• Strong experience in Ivalua functional and technical configuration.

• Advanced SQL skills and experience with APIs, EAI, ETL, and microservices.

• Knowledge of AI, machine learning, data analytics, data visualization, and data browsing technologies.

• Understanding of DevOps, Agile, Scrum, SDLC, system architecture, application infrastructure, operating systems, Oracle databases, and multi-tier applications.

• Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles and configuration standards.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project.

• Ability to independently analyse complex problems, identify risks, evaluate solutions, and anticipate implementation challenges.

Mandatory Certifications

• Ivalua L3 Certification in SRM, S2C, P2P, or Integration.

• Ivalua Project Release Manager Badge/Certification.

Preferred Certification

• Ivalua L3 SQL.

Work Arrangement

• Hybrid setup with three onsite days per week at the ADB Office, Ortigas, Pasig.

• Day shift: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Manila Time.

• Must be willing to comply with onsite reporting requirements.
