Job Summary

We are looking for skilled and proactive ServiceNow Developers, Architects, and SMEs to provide functional and technical expertise in planning, designing, developing, configuring, and implementing ServiceNow applications. The role involves working across multiple ServiceNow projects and delivering scalable, innovative solutions using an agile approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical expertise for ServiceNow products and applications.

• Plan, analyze, design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow solutions.

• Conduct impact assessments and support estimation and solutioning activities.

• Develop ServiceNow applications based on defined user requirements and sprint stories.

• Implement, test, and deploy ServiceNow solutions following software engineering and ITIL best practices.

• Identify and resolve issues and incidents across ServiceNow platform components.

• Perform impact analysis and testing for ServiceNow patching and platform upgrades.

• Drive automation and identify opportunities for process improvement.

• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver projects according to agreed schedules and specifications.

• Proactively identify risks and issues and recommend appropriate mitigation plans.

• Prepare technical documentation and required project deliverables.

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development or architecture.

• Strong ServiceNow platform development or architecture experience.

• Experience with one or more ServiceNow product lines such as:

  • ITSM

  • ITOM

  • SecOps

  • IRM

  • ITAM

  • HRSD

  • CSM

  • SPM

• Ability to work in an agile environment and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• ServiceNow certification.

• ITIL knowledge or certification.

• Agile or Scrum methodology.

• GenAI knowledge or experience.

• Systems engineering or software development background.

• Strong interest in automation and continuous improvement.

Additional Requirements

• Applicants must currently be based in the Philippines.

• Applicants must have the legal right to live and work in the Philippines.

• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup in Taguig.

• Willingness to work on a shifting schedule.
