Talend Support Consultant / Developer (Mid-Level)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Talend Support Consultant / Developer to design, develop, support, and optimize enterprise application integration solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Talend Data Integration, Talend Cloud, Java, SQL/PL-SQL, and scripting technologies, along with a solid understanding of ETL/ELT development and middleware technologies.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 3 years of experience in enterprise application integration, ETL/ELT development, or middleware technologies.
Hands-on experience in developing, implementing, and supporting Talend integration solutions.
Strong experience with Talend Data Integration and Talend Cloud platforms.
Practical knowledge of Talend Management Console (TMC) or Talend Administration Center (TAC), along with Git.
Strong proficiency in Java, SQL/PL-SQL, and scripting technologies.
Good understanding of enterprise integration architectures, data integration processes, and development best practices.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, maintain, and optimize enterprise integration solutions using the Talend platform.
Develop and support scalable, reliable, and high-quality ETL/ELT processes and data integration workflows.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Talend applications and integration processes.
Ensure integration solutions comply with enterprise architecture standards, development best practices, and organizational governance frameworks.
Monitor and optimize integration performance to improve reliability and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand integration requirements and implement effective technical solutions.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across enterprise data integration platforms and workflows.
