Are you an experienced Revenue Accounting professional with strong expertise in ASC 606 and US GAAP? Here’s an opportunity to take on a leadership role, manage complex revenue accounting operations, and drive financial excellence!

We’re looking for a Technical Revenue Accounting Manager who can lead revenue recognition activities, strengthen financial controls, and improve accounting processes through technology and automation.

What You’ll Do

• Lead month-end and quarter-end revenue closing activities, including journal entries, revenue transactions, allowances, and estimates.

• Ensure accurate revenue recognition in accordance with ASC 606 and US GAAP.

• Oversee revenue reporting, financial analysis, account reconciliations, and accounts receivable allowances.

• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure compliance with financial policies and controls.

• Lead and develop team members, conduct performance reviews, and drive productivity and quality improvements.

• Collaborate with Finance, Deal Desk, Operations, Technology, Risk, and Compliance teams.

• Improve accounting processes through automation, dashboards, and scalable reporting solutions.

• Support SOX compliance, internal controls, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Leverage Oracle Fusion, SQL, advanced Excel, and reporting tools to enhance operational efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

• 8–10 years of relevant experience in Technical Revenue Accounting and Revenue Accounting.

• Strong expertise in ASC 606 and US GAAP.

• Minimum 5 years of leadership or people management experience.

• Strong understanding of revenue recognition, financial reporting, and complex revenue arrangements.

• Experience with month-end and quarter-end closing, reconciliations, and audit support.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

⭐ Good to Have

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

• Experience with Oracle Fusion or other ERP systems.

• Knowledge of SQL for data analysis.

• Familiarity with Power BI, dashboards, and automation tools.
