(ACTIVE) WorkForce Software (WFS) /Techno Functional Consultant L2 | WFH

• Configure and support Workforce Software Time & Attendance, including work schedules, quota banks, pay code validations, and time result validations.

• Navigate WFS configurations and Policy Editor to validate results against business requirements.

• Work with WFS TOR and related time and attendance functionalities.

• Support WFS integrations with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), Employee Central Payroll (ECP), SAP ECC, and other work arrangement modules.

• Execute required reports and support business users with testing, cutover, and go-live activities.

• Troubleshoot configuration and integration issues and ensure accurate time and attendance results.

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of relevant hands-on experience, with strong expertise in Workforce Software Time & Attendance.

• Mandatory PT103 certification.

• Strong knowledge of WFS configurations, Policy Editor, work schedules, quota banks, pay code validations, and time result validations.

• Experience with Workforce Software integrations involving SAP EC, ECP, ECC, or other enterprise systems.

• Experience supporting testing, cutover, reporting, and go-live activities.

• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

• Ability to work full-time from home during the required 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST shift.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in SAP Time Management and SAP Payroll.

• Prior experience in WFS implementation and integration projects.
