Job Description : 

We are looking for an AI Operations Analyst with a strong background in recruitment and hands-on experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Google Gemini, or similar platforms. The role focuses on recruitment operations, process workflows, recruiting technology, and the practical use of AI tools to support recruitment activities and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities : 

• Support recruitment and talent acquisition operations by following established processes, SOPs, and workflows.

• Use AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, and similar platforms to support recruitment-related tasks and workflows.

• Manage multiple workstreams while maintaining accuracy, productivity, and attention to detail.

• Review recruitment processes and make judgment-based decisions in line with established guidelines.

• Support recruitment technology, recruitment CRM platforms, and AI-powered recruitment workflows.

Required Skills :

• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, or Gemini

• Recruitment processes, SOPs, and workflow management

Qualifications : 

• Completed at least two years of college with no back subjects.

• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, SOPs, and workflows.

• Experience managing multiple workstreams and making judgment-based decisions.

• Proficiency with AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar platforms.

• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.

• Willing to work full-time onsite in Quezon City on a shifting or night-shift schedule.
