HIRING: AML & Transaction Monitoring Training Associate Manager

Location: Taguig – Uptown Bonifacio, Tower 3
Schedule: Night Shift | Weekends Off
Work Setup: Onsite
Headcount: 1

Are you an experienced Training & Development leader with a strong background in AML, Transaction Monitoring, or Regulatory Compliance? This could be your next career move!

What We're Looking For

7–8 years of relevant Training & Development experience
At least 5 years of supervisory/leadership experience
Strong experience in AML / Transaction Monitoring / Regulatory Compliance training
Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, coaching, and analytical skills
Willing to work onsite in Taguig on a night shift, Monday–Friday

What You'll Do

Lead and manage the training team
Oversee training, coaching, mentoring, and capability development
Ensure trainers are updated on domain, technical, and compliance knowledge
Manage training operations, reporting, calibration, and business reviews
Assess training needs and create development plans
Partner with Operations, clients, vendors, and key stakeholders
Support new business mobilization and development of training frameworks
