What We're Looking For

• 7–8 years of relevant Training & Development experience
• At least 5 years of supervisory/leadership experience
• Strong experience in AML / Transaction Monitoring / Regulatory Compliance training
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, coaching, and analytical skills
• Willing to work onsite in Taguig on a night shift, Monday–Friday

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage the training team
• Oversee training, coaching, mentoring, and capability development
• Ensure trainers are updated on domain, technical, and compliance knowledge
• Manage training operations, reporting, calibration, and business reviews
• Assess training needs and create development plans
• Partner with Operations, clients, vendors, and key stakeholders
• Support new business mobilization and development of training frameworks
