Work Setup: Temporary WFH | Location: BGC Taguig, Cebu, Davao & Clark Pampanga | Salary: PHP 266,000 to 426,000 Package

*ABOUT THE ROLE:*

We are hiring *1 Associate Director for Operations* with flexible work schedule including weekends, night shift, and holidays if business requires.

*QUALIFICATIONS:*

- Graduate of any business-related course

- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in a senior post

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Proficient in MS Office applications

- Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills with ability to balance multiple priorities

- Prior US Healthcare experience required

- Experience in managing cross-functional projects with strong ability to lead others without direct authority

- Strong change management skills

- Experience in delivering succession planning and upskilling team members
