Role Overview • Handle collections-related inquiries and outstanding accounts • Negotiate payment arrangements and provide appropriate account resolutions • Deliver excellent customer service while meeting performance goals
Qualifications • Completed 2nd Year College or higher • At least 1 year of BPO Collections experience OR 2 years of BPO experience • Willing to work onsite
