LOCATION: Onsite – Alabang
WORK SETUP: Onsite | Night Shift
SALARY: ₱30,000 – ₱47,000 + ₱60,000 Sign-On Bonus
BENEFITS: HMO Coverage from Day 1

Role Overview:
Join our team as a B2B Collections Specialist! You will manage Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments from corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage B2B collections and accounts receivable.
Contact clients to secure payment on overdue accounts.
Negotiate payment plans and resolve billing disputes.
Reconcile accounts and update records accurately.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
Meet collection targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
2nd Year College completed and above – required.
Min. 1 year B2B Collections experience – required.
OTC (Order to Cash) and AR (Accounts Receivable) experience – required.
No employment gaps – required.
No AWOL history – required.
Minimum 12 months tenure with previous employers – required
