Banking CSR - BFSI Account - TP McKinley Taguig - Up to 28K - 1 Year CCE Required

Teleperformance McKinley is hiring CSRs for our BFSI Account! Join our Banking, Financial Services & Insurance team and earn up to Php 28,000 package.

*Job Responsibilities:*

- Handle customer inquiries related to banking, financial services and insurance

- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns professionally

- Deliver excellent customer service experience

- Maintain customer satisfaction and quality standards

*Qualifications:*

- At least High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate

- Minimum 12 months of Call Center Experience required

- Experience in Banking, Financial Services and Insurance is an advantage

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Willing to work onsite in McKinley, Taguig
