Makati City | Hybrid / Onsite | Night Shift – 10 PM PHT
₱110K–₱116K/month | ‍ 2–3 Years Experience | 4 Slots

What You’ll Do

• Analyze requirements & create user stories
• Configure D365 tables, forms, views, dashboards, workflows & security roles
• Support Power Automate, UAT & functional testing
• Improve CRM processes and user adoption
• Partner with BAs, Product Owners & technical teams

⭐ What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM experience
• Experience with Customer Service, Sales, or similar modules
• Strong CRM configuration & business-process knowledge
• Familiarity with Dataverse, Power Automate & Agile

Plus: Customer Service Workspace, Omnichannel, Power Apps, APIs, data migration or Microsoft certifications.

Priority: Strong hands-on D365 project experience. Highlight your D365 projects, modules & configurations in your CV!
