Job Description

WE’RE HIRING: Clinical Operations Assistant Manager (USRN)! 🩺

Location: Vertis North, Quezon City
Work Setup: Onsite
Schedule: US Day Shift
Salary: Negotiable, based on experience
Target Start: On or before December 15

Qualifications: BSN graduate with active PHRN and unrestricted USRN licenses
5+ years of clinical/healthcare operations experience
3+ years of leadership experience in healthcare BPO/shared services
Strong UR/UM operations experience, including current UR management
Knowledge of US managed care, CMS, and HIPAA
Willing to complete an on-the-spot clinical review writing assessment using a laptop/desktop

Key Responsibilities: Lead clinical teams and drive SLA/KPI performance
Ensure clinical quality, compliance, and team development
Manage audits, coaching, training, and operational improvements
