*ABOUT THE ROLE:*

TP McKinley is urgently hiring Call Center Agents for our Premium BFSI Account (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance). Join the world's largest BPO with competitive pay & full benefits!

*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:*

- Handle customer inquiries related to banking, financial services & insurance

- Provide accurate info, assistance, and resolve concerns efficiently

- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure high satisfaction

- Maintain high CSAT and quality scores

- Document all customer interactions accurately

*QUALIFICATIONS:*

- At least HS or SHS Graduate

- At least 12 months BPO / Call Center exp required

- BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance) exp is a strong advantage

- Strong English communication & customer service skills

- Willing to work onsite in McKinley, Taguig

- Amenable to shifting schedule including nights, weekends, holidays

*SALARY OFFER BASED ON EXP:*

- Php 19K up to Php 28K package

- Higher offer for candidates with solid BFSI / banking exp
